The Indigenous Peoples Arts Festival, titled Reflections of Heritage: Uncovering the Wisdom of Mohingod, takes place from October 26 to November 30, 2024, at the heart of the Mt. Apo range. This week-long festival, organized by the Indigenous Peoples Coalition for Biodiversity, Environment, and Culture (IP-CBEC), together with the Philippine Eagle Foundation, celebrates the rich cultural heritage of Indigenous Cultural Communities (ICCs) overlapping the Mt. Apo Key Biodiversity Area.

The event showcases traditional and contemporary art forms from Indigenous artists across the region, highlighting the deep connection between people and nature. The artworks included paintings, textiles, sculptures, and crafts, each piece illustrating stories, beliefs, and values passed down through generations. For visitors and attendees, the exhibition offered a unique perspective on Indigenous knowledge and artistry.
